Monument & Raid Callouts

Monument callouts are mostly automated. By entering & looting a monument, a callout will automatically be created and added to the recent calls list (type /rc in chat). However, you should still be aware of what a callout is and who has monument/raid base priority.

1. Monuments need to be called

If you're intending to enter and loot a monument, it should be called in the chat. It's easy to do—simply type @monument (replace 'monument' with the monument’s name) in the chat. If you enter an invalid name, the server will provide a list of valid callouts. We've made this process as simple as possible to accommodate both experienced players and PvE newbies.

When a callout is accepted, you'll be notified that it was successful. Your callout will also appear in the recent calls list (type /rc in chat). Although this system helps determine who has priority over a monument, you still need to be aware of what's happening around you to avoid interfering with other players' gameplay.

  • If player a calls a monument first, their name will appear in the /rc list first.
  • If player b calls the same monument afterward, they will be notified that the monument has already been called and should check that player a has finished their looting/monument run.

It is your responsibility to ensure player a has finished at the monument before you enter. Your name will also appear in the /rc window to indicate that you have next priority if player a has finished.

Note: Calls are automatically removed after 20 minutes. If a call still exists in the /rc window, it’s from the past 20 minutes.

1.1 You should be present at the monument before calling it

You cannot reserve or "pre-book" a monument before turning up to it. Unfortunately, if you travel across the map only to find another player just called it, that's unfortunate, but you'll just have to make other plans. This rule also applies to Rule 2 (Raid bases need to be called).

2. Raid bases need to be called

Similar to monuments, raid bases must also be called. Since there’s no specific location for a raid base, you can call the raid base by typing @raid base g23 in chat (replace g23 with the actual grid square). Raid bases are first-come, first-served, so if a player calls a raid base, you should not interfere with their raid or enter the raid base without their permission.

  • No countering for raid bases is allowed on our server. Whoever calls the raid first has complete control over the raid and who gets to loot it.

3. Patrol Heli needs to be tagged & called

The Patrol Heli is a helicopter that flies around the map, shooting at anyone it deems a threat. Because the Patrol Heli is unpredictable, it’s not always possible for one player to have instant rights to it. For this reason, you need to TAG the heli before calling it.

  • Tag = Shoot the heli. By shooting it, you trigger a combat log that ties the action to you. If there’s a dispute over the heli, an admin can verify who shot it and called it first.

This method ensures that no one feels cheated when claiming the Patrol Heli badge of honor. If you enjoy taking down the Patrol Heli, feel free to communicate with other players in chat to coordinate or decide who will take on the challenge next.
